Assurance
To ensure ratings and reviews are provided by real customers, CSI SCORE has done the following:
* Required customers to register prior to rating and reviewing a business.
* Authenticated registered users' email addresses in an attempt to eliminate any false or phony consumer ratings.
* Matched email addresses with IP addresses in an attempt to ensure numerous email addresses are not generated from any one location.
* Set up accounts so customers can rate and review a business once every 90 days.
* Set up accounts so customers can change their rating and/or review within 90 days from the original date of review.
Ratings & Reviews
Ratings and reviews are a customer’s assessment of their satisfaction and experience with a business.
Our system uses stars and customer reviews to determine a business’ rating.
Stars: Stars (1-5) are chosen by the reviewing customer.
1. Poor - Terrible service/product, definitely would not recommend to others.

2. Below Average - Dissatisfied with the quality of the service/product provided.

3. Average - Would use again, and may recommend to others.

4. Above Average - Good experience, very satisfied, and would recommend to others.

5. Great - Very good experience, extremely happy, and would definitely recommend to others.

Reviews: Reviews are written by customers and tell about their experience (poor to great) with a business.
Rating: The rating (1-5) is determined by the average number of stars given to a business by customers. It appears next to the business’ name on the listing, business profile, review, and coupon pages.
Ranking: Ranking is determined by a business’ rating and their number of reviews. Additional weight is placed on businesses with multiple ratings in comparison to businesses with fewer ratings. For example, if a business has an overall rating of 5, but only 1 review, they will not be ranked higher than a business with a 4.8 rating, and 100 reviews.
Please take into account that it is virtually impossible to make every customer happy. We believe it will be easy for you to determine, based on all the reviews, which companies truly strive to provide the best possible customer satisfaction.
Ratings tips:
* A consumer can rate a business once every 90 days.
* A consumer can change a review during the 90 day period.
* No business can rate themselves.
* Please provide ratings on services purchased within the past 12 months. Recent experience will provide the best resource for you and your neighbors.
Agreements
Agreements are designed to deter people from providing false reviews as follows:
* Businesses agree, they and their associates (etc.), will not negatively rate competitors business.
* Businesses agree, they and their associates (etc.), will not rate their business to artificially enhance their score.
* Customers agree in the registration agreement they will only rate businesses they have conducted business with.
* Businesses and customers agree they will not encourage others to post any comments that are inaccurate or otherwise inconsistent about any other business.
* Businesses and customers agree to only have one registration (one account).
* Businesses and customers agree that their postings will not contain any profanity, or any obscene, indecent or other objectionable content, and must not threaten or defame others.
* Employees that are customers of the business they work for can rate the business.
